Stops the cooking process for perfect results: the oven cavity can be fully cooled after cooking so dishes do not keep cooking inside the oven. Alternatively the oven can hold food at serving temperature by opening and closing the motorised door. That way food is cooked to perfection, not overdone, even if you are not next to the oven to remove it from the cavity straight away.

Cooking based on core temperature delivers the best results: with Miele's patented food thermometer you can cook meat, poultry and fish with pinpoint accuracy. There is no need to watch the oven constantly, the remaining time display shows when food will be ready. The wireless food thermometer is very easy to use and stores in the oven door for quick access whenever you need it, adding extra convenience when you cook.
Makes food crisp
Some dishes need an attractively browned exterior for the perfect finish: chips and potato croquettes, for example, are best cooked in a dry oven atmosphere. You can achieve this by controlled reduction of humidity inside the oven. You can select the Crisp function individually.
