Touch display
Outstanding appearance and functionality: information is shown in clear text on the 7-inch multicolour touchscreen for easy understanding. The operating concept is aligned with the control philosophies of Generation 7000 built-in appliances, so you can use different appliances from this generation in the same way. Controls for a hood with Con@ctivity are integrated.
Intelligent control
Focus fully on cooking: with Con@ctivity, your hood always knows what to do. As soon as the hob is switched on or off, the hood responds automatically. Extraction power is adjusted automatically to match hob activity, keeping the room air pleasant at all times. Appliances communicate via Wi-Fi. Con@ctivity lets you integrate the hood and hob in Miele@home.
Frying could not be easier
TempControl delivers perfect, consistent results when frying and stir-frying. Because temperatures stay constant, you do not need to keep making adjustments. Along with extra convenience, this increases safety, as there is no risk of food burning.
Move cookware quietly
Delicate handling: thanks to the special print beneath the ceramic glass, there are no unpleasant noises when you move pans. The underlying print creates an elegant design and an extremely smooth surface that is especially easy to clean.
Booster function for extremely fast heating
When you want to cook quickly, the exclusive TwinBooster function is a great help. Discover the extraordinary power from combining two cooking zones, letting you heat favourite dishes in record time. Alternatively, you can distribute induction power as required. That means you can now set cooking time simply and flexibly for each dish.
Extra convenience
Extra convenience when cooking: with Stop & Go, all burners can be reduced to power level 1 at the touch of a button, so you can leave the hob unattended briefly. Keep Warm holds food at serving temperature. Another plus is setting the timer so a burner switches off automatically when time is up. Recall saves your settings for 10 seconds.
Place the pan and start
All you need to do is switch the hob on: if a pan is already on a burner, the matching control is activated automatically, so you do not have to switch burners on manually. Pan size is also detected automatically for outstanding energy efficiency.
Greater safety
The best protection in any situation: Control Lock provides reliable protection against accidental or unauthorised switching on. If a burner runs at the same power level for an unusually long time or there is no pan on the hob, it switches off automatically. The residual heat indicator is another useful feature: it reminds you not to touch burners while they are still hot.
