Saves more than energy
This Miele automatic setting reduces power from the initial level (for rapid heating) to a lower level (to continue cooking). That way you do not forget to reduce the heat in time, and your dishes do not burn. The setting also helps you save energy.

The hob's basic settings can be adapted easily to individual needs. For example, sensor response speed can be changed.
Extra convenience
Extra convenience when cooking: with Stop & Go, all burners can be reduced to power level 1 at the touch of a button, so you can leave the hob unattended briefly. Keep Warm holds food at serving temperature. Another plus is setting the timer so a burner switches off automatically when time is up. Recall saves your settings for 10 seconds.
Greater safety
The best protection in any situation: Control Lock provides reliable protection against accidental or unauthorised switching on. If a burner runs at the same power level for an unusually long time or there is no pan on the hob, it switches off automatically. The residual heat indicator is another useful feature: it reminds you not to touch burners while they are still hot.
